This role offers the opportunity to work closely with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and experienced technical writers, and gain hands-on experience in creating high-quality documentation. Objectives of this role Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement Responsibilities Research, write, and edit content, working closely with various teams such as development, QA, and technical marketing Coordinate internal reviews for your product documentation Required skills and qualifications experience as an effective technical writer Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Experience in working with developers to improve user experience, refine content, and create visuals and diagrams Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Write clear, concise content Preferred skills and qualifications-NOT MUST Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, communications, or a relevant technical field Firm understanding of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience in using DITA XML tools, AsciiDoc or Markdown, and MS Word to create documentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
