Roles, Responsibilities, Results, & Requirements Role (Overview Of The Position): This position involves overseeing new Google ad build outs and new Meta ad build outs - conducting the necessary keyword research, setting up all aspects of the Google ads campaign and Meta ads campaign. This position also involves setting up and managing new YouTube ad accounts. After the initial set up, the Google ads manager will conduct (at a minimum) bi-weekly checks on each account and make necessary updates to improve performance or keep the accounts within budget. The Google ads manager will also notify the account manager or conversion specialist if there are any issues with conversion codes or performance on the campaign that can be addressed at the funnel level. Reports will be taken twice a month on each account and loaded into the client folder. Responsibilities (Tasks Associated With The Role): Onboarding: Responsible for onboarding new Google ads accounts and Meta ads accounts and gaining access to the profiles needed to run ads. Build Out : Responsible for developing campaign strategy and passing campaign/offer to creative team for creative build out. Responsible for uploading creatives, building out ad campaigns, developing audiences, setting up Pixels and tracking, form fills, etc. Education: Responsible for staying up to date with Google Ad updates and Meta ad updates. Processes: Assist in updating and maintaining our Google ads and Meta ads processes. This will include our step by step onboarding process, our step by step weekly process and our step by step monthly process for each account. Reporting: Ensuring that each account has reporting run and loaded into the client folder twice a month. Meet at least once a week with the account manager and anyone else responsible for Google ad funnels or build outs Meet deadlines and check Click Up every day for task management. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Google ad process and the Google ad platform Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Meta ad process and Ads Manager. Communicate when there seems to be issues on accounts, suspensions or things that need to be addressed with our clients or with the Account Manager overseeing that account. Strict attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to relay ideas clearly Ability to manage multiple tasks consecutively Ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions to issues as they arise Ability to create strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives Compensation: Compensation for this role will be $30/hour paid on the 1st and 15th of every month. Part time. Estimated to be around 15-20 hours per week. This is a contractor position and thus the contractor will be responsible for taxes, health insurance, etc. Compensation will be re-evaluated as needed based on duties, accounts overseen and responsibilities and role within the company. #J-18808-Ljbffr
