Location : Remote: Hawaii (local presence), travel between islands approximately 25%.
Job Summary The Account Executive is responsible for securing and maintaining new search agreements through a consultative sales approach. They cultivate relationships with client decision-makers to improve market penetration and exposure in their assigned territory. This position achieves national revenue and market share growth by generating new leads, maintaining current clients, and growing utilization of AMN\'s staffing solution.
Responsibilities Builds and maintains a high level of personal visibility within the industry.
Handles account receivables by reviewing monthly aging reports, identifying delinquencies, and following up with clients for timely payment.
Sources leads within the territory by applying a high-volume outbound phone strategy to identify current or potential openings for staffing services.
Generates new lead sources by integrating into the market through association memberships, staying current with local news, and maintaining contact with previously-placed physicians and previous clients.
Develops an understanding of each client\'s decision-making process by advising clients to identify and contact the appropriate decision-makers (C-level, administrators) for each opportunity.
Consults with existing clients to uncover additional search opportunities by identifying potential new revenue streams and recommending succession planning approaches.
Targets marketing efforts by developing specific business plans based on outstanding client information to ensure discussions reflect their market, driven environment, and organizational footprint.
Maintains monthly communication with all potential and current clients through email, phone, and face-to-face meetings to manage relationships and quickly uncover additional needs.
Negotiates search contracts including rates and terms to balance client\'s needs with service options that support profit.

Associate\'s Degree plus 2-5 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 4-7 years of work experience
Additional Experience
Experience in healthcare staffing or sales
Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate $63,500 - $79,000 Salary. Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
