Marketing Executive Assistant (CMO Support)
We’re partnering with a growing, high-performing organization to hire a Marketing Executive Assistant supporting a Chief Marketing Officer and broader marketing team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys operating at the intersection of executive support, marketing operations, and project coordination. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while supporting both day-to-day priorities and larger marketing initiatives.
What you’ll be doing • Manage scheduling and coordination of internal and external meetings for senior marketing leadership • Support execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and team projects • Coordinate promotional materials, vendor relationships, and branded asset production • Oversee logistics related to print, shipping, inventory, and vendor deliverables • Track and reconcile expenses, manage invoices, and support budget-related workflows in partnership with accounting • Assist with onboarding-related logistics, including coordination with external vendors • Contribute to social media efforts, including content coordination, posting, and performance tracking • Create marketing assets using tools like Canva, ensuring alignment with brand standards • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to keep projects moving forward • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed
What we’re looking for • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience supporting senior marketing leaders or working within a marketing, communications, or brand-focused team • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Experience managing vendors, budgets, or marketing operations workflows is a plus • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Canva (or similar design platforms) • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset • Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with creative and project-based work
