We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in
Manufacturing Domain
and strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud
in Santa Clara, CA, Dallas, TX, New jersey.
This is a Hybrid role (3 days work from office)
This is a permanent position located on site; however, contractors are welcome to apply! H1B candidates are welcome to apply!
Relocation is available for the right candidate!
The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting aftermarket services such as
ticket management,
parts management, dealer networks, warranties, service lifecycle, and customer experience .
Key Responsibilities Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging: Salesforce Automotive Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Experience Cloud Lead solution architecture for
aftermarket manufacturing processes , including: Spare parts sales & inventory integration Warranty & claims management Dealer/distributor network management Service contracts & field service lifecycle Returns (RMA) and repair processes Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for: Order-to-cash Inventory visibility Supply chain workflows Customize Salesforce using: Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred) Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Ensure best practices in
data modeling, security, and governance
Required Qualifications
7–12+ years of Salesforce experience Strong hands-on experience with
Salesforce Automotive Cloud Proven experience in
Manufacturing Aftermarket domain , especially: Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing Expertise in at least two: Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Experience Cloud Strong knowledge of: Warranty lifecycle management Dealer portals and B2B commerce Field service operations Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware). 30% travel
