This is an exciting growth hire as our client builds out its US capability. With an established client list already in place and growing demand across the telecom sector, there’s now room for a strategic mind ready to shape deals, challenge assumptions, and thrive in a high-impact role.
The
Senior Strategy Consultant
will support clients on M&A strategy and performance improvement, working directly with senior stakeholders across global telecom, media, and tech portfolios.
The Senior Strategy Consultant will: – Lead and deliver strategic projects across commercial due diligence, value creation, and post-merger integration – Build complex financial models and evaluate key investment levers across broadband, data centres, and towers – Work closely with international teams to deliver data-led insight and overnight support – Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling client presentations – Shape deliverables that drive real business decisions in the private equity and infrastructure space
You will need: – 3+ experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, or private equity — ideally TMT-focused – Familiarity with telecom business models and asset classes (broadband, towers, data centres) – Corporate finance and modelling skills (DCF, WACC, P&L fluency) – Strong communication and presentation abilities – A sharp, curious mind with a self-starter mentality and high professional standards
