CornerStone Staffing is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our business by generating new sales opportunities through outbound outreach and prospecting.

What You’ll Do Prospect and connect with new potential clients Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) Qualify leads and schedule meetings Support market research and proposal follow-up Track activity and results in Salesforce What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field) New College Grads Welcomed! Strong communication + follow-up skills Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Salesforce experience is a plus
