Receiving Specialist 1
The Receiving Specialist 1 accepts and processes deliveries on a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑4:30 pm). Responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly, and inspecting deliveries with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Receive and sign for deliveries, compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory records.
Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle.
Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies.
Handle returns of miss‑shipped or damaged merchandise.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
1–2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, spreadsheets, and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
Basic math skills and sound judgment to resolve problems.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient written and oral communication in a professional manner.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to work and operate a pallet jack.
May be required to work outside normal working hours.
Compensation & Total Rewards Compensation range:
$21.49 – $26.87 USD
per hour. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
This position is also eligible for additional compensation and benefits through Natera’s Total Rewards program.
