Your local Bi‑Mart is looking for a stellar individual to join the Sporting Goods & Automotive Sales Clerk team.
About the Sporting Goods & Automotive Clerk Position
Promote and deliver high‑degree customer service at the sporting goods counter.
Assist customers with age‑restricted merchandise and other sporting goods.
Handle customer transactions precisely, including cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
Perform inventory replenishment, stocking, and merchandise organization.
Operate the cashier and maintain the sales floor in a clean, organized manner.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sense of punctuality, positivity, and friendliness.
Ability to prioritize, organize workload, and be precise.
Problem‑solving skills with a focus on providing solutions to customers.
Ability to engage with and assist a diverse range of individuals.
Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Experience
Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, courtesy clerk, or other retail positions.
Experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons.
Knowledge and experience with camping and other outdoor hobbies valued.
Schedule Store hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday – Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.
