Identify and elevate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Contribute to team goals by meeting individual performance metrics.
Support marketing initiatives by promoting new products and services to customers.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
