Role Description We are seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to join our team on-site in Clearwater, FL. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in gathering and organizing case information. Responsibilities include conducting interviews with clients, providing exceptional customer service, verifying insurance details, and ensuring accurate documentation of case-related information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Proficiency in Client Intake and Customer Service to manage inquiries, provide support, and collect case details professionally and empathetically.
Basic knowledge or experience in Insurance processes and terminology to verify and document relevant information.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in legal or client intake roles is a plus.
Proficiency with office software and tools, including word processing and database management systems.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in legal studies or customer service are advantageous.
