Records Representative

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Records Representative to support our healthcare mission in Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Proactively retrieve medical and billing records and other related documents
Reconcile accounts with medical providers
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Develop relationships daily with medical providers and attorneys
Perform other related duties as assigned
Interact with operations and sales/account management teams
Assist with discrepancies using our proprietary portal
Skills
Active Listening
Empathy (1 year of experience required)
Customer Service (1 year of experience required)
HIPAA knowledge
Medical Billing experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Entry level experience level accepted
High School education required
First shift preference; 8 AM – 5 PM hours
Competitive pay: $18 – $21 per hour
