A well-established global diagnostics company is expanding its U.S. commercial operation.
This is a full-cycle inside sales position — prospecting, pipeline management, quoting, negotiating, and closing across distributors, catalogue sellers, and direct lab and healthcare accounts. You'll operate in a lean structure with direct visibility to senior leadership. Real ownership, real accountability.
Day to day you're: Managing key account and distributor relationships, running your pipeline in CRM, handling customer inquiries on pricing and product availability, and coordinating with application and sales admin teams to deliver a consistent customer experience. You'll also contribute to process improvement and sales SOPs — this company values people who think strategically, not just execute tactically.
Compensation & Benefits: ~$150K total comp | 30–40% variable
