
NATA CS Sales Development Representative

Backed by The Brydon Group, a veteran‑led $270M private equity fund, NATA CS is poised for rapid growth and looking for a dynamic entry‑level sales coordinator to join its expanding Business Development team.
Job Summary:
The
Sales Development Representative
will be primarily responsible for supporting the Business Development team’s sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be an early career professional interested in sales, with a passion for aviation and technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for coaching, mentorship, and a fast‑paced environment. Given our growth objectives, there are strong opportunities for advancement based on performance. The role will be part of the broader NATA CS BD team, reporting to a NATA CS Senior Account Executive, and closely collaborating with the VP of Development and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation:
Source and research potential B2B clients
Outreach:
Initiate contact will prospective customers via phone call, email, social media to introduce the company and its value proposition
Lead qualification:
Conduct discovery calls to assess needs, pain points, budget, and decision‑making authority to qualify leads
Sales pipeline management:
Log all prospect interactions in the CRM system and effectively manage leads throughout the sales funnel
Appointment setting:
Schedule qualified leads for meetings with BD Managers
Product knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively answer prospect questions and identify opportunities
Collaboration with Marketing:
Work with the Marketing coordinator to follow‑up on marketing generated leads, and make recommendations to improve lead generation
Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated history of high performance across academic, and professional endeavors; experience with B2B sales and / or using consultative sales strategies is a plus
Passion and enthusiasm for aviation
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software and sales tools
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a full‑time salary position with variable compensation (commission) and is eligible for benefits including health insurance, and paid time off.
