Benefits and Compensation: Base pay: $18.00 $20.00 per hour (based on experience) OTE $75k+ Tiered commission structure:

3% on contracts up to $50,000 4% on contracts from $50,001 $150,000 5% on contracts over $150,000

Residual commissions:

2% on first-year renewals 1% on second-year renewals

Flexible work schedule with autonomy Ongoing sales training and professional development Clear career advancement path based on performance Supportive leadership within a growing organization Local travel with a dynamic, field-based work environment Requirements & Qualifications: Prior sales experience preferred (B2B, staffing, security, or service-based industries highly desirable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person prospecting Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to manage time independently and prioritize effectively Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Must Haves: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial properties, events, and organizations Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs and recommend tailored security solutions Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outreach activity Deliver compelling proposals and confidently negotiate service agreements Track and manage all sales activities, leads, and closed deals within CRM systems Coordinate seamless client transitions to internal operations after closing Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets Preferred Background & Skills: Experience selling contract-based or recurring service solutions Existing network within property management, event planning, or commercial business sectors Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with decision-makers Experience working in a performance-based or commission-driven environment
