Role Overview Were looking for a forward-thinking, data-driven AI Search Strategist to join our Organic Growth team on a 6-month contract. This role will be the dedicated partner to a specific business unit, helping them adapt to the rapid shifts in AI-driven discovery (answer engine optimization, generative search, conversational AI). Youll translate emerging trends into actionable strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and measurable business impact.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in SEO and content strategy, paired with an understanding of how audiences discover information across AI platforms, traditional search engines, and social surfaces. This is both a strategic and hands-on roleconnecting insights, content-producing teams, and functional partners to ensure our brand shows up where it matters most.
What Youll Do
Lead GEO/AEO initiatives for a specific Business unit, integrating both content and technical approaches to maximize AI search visibility. Act as the primary liaison between the business unit, Organic Growth/SEO, and content teams to align on AI-search and visibility priorities. Translate emerging AI and search trends into clear recommendations for content creation, optimization, and distribution. Partner with COEs and functional leads to embed AI search considerations into content planning and execution. Monitor and analyze search and discovery performance across AI platforms, traditional search engines, and social discovery channels. Leverage tools such as Google Search Console, Sprinklr, and web/social analytics to uncover insights and measure impact. Identify quick-win opportunities and lead tactical initiatives to capture visibility in evolving discovery surfaces.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data science, business or related field. 3-5 years of experience in SEO 2 years of experience/familiarity with AI powered search platforms (ChatGPT, OpenAI, Perplexity, Google AIO, etc)
Preferred Qualification:
68 years of experience in SEO, AI search, or digital marketing for enterprise-scale or global brands. Familiarity with AI-powered search , and content strategy, with a track record of driving measurable results. Understanding of how AI-driven discovery surfaces (e.g., AI overviews, conversational search, generative recommendations) impact organic reach. Deep understanding of website health best practices, technical SEO, and structured data for AI/LLM discoverability. Familiarity with web analytics, search tools, and social listening platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Tableau, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, Profound, and Sprinklr experience a plus). Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment. Analytical mindset with a bias for action and measurable results.
