AR Cash App Specialist
Fully Onsite In Scottsdale, AZ This role is responsible for ensuring accurate application of payments, handling default and exception processing, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and is committed to delivering a WOW experience to internal and external partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Resolve research requests for the Cashiering department Complete NSF and return item reversals Ensure accurate application of all incoming payments, including: ACH payments Wire transfers Lockbox payments Online and manually posted payments Establish bi-weekly payment plans and process loan payoffs Perform daily balancing activities Process necessary wire transfers Receive, sort, and process daily mail and system reports Process payments across all loan types Handle loan maintenance including: Rewrites and cram downs Change-in-terms agreements Subordinations and bankruptcies Due date changes ACH setup Extensions and address changes Balance Western Union and MoneyGram reports Handle lockbox rejects, when applicable Perform other duties as assigned Performance Expectations
Perform all duties Communicate effectively with associates, clients, partners, and vendors Maintain strong organization, accuracy, and timeliness Meet or exceed productivity guidelines Seek feedback and maintain regular communication with management Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed Effectively utilize position-specific software and Microsoft Office products Collaborate with team members and provide coverage when needed Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in loan servicing Cashiering experience preferred Working knowledge of title requirements across all 50 states Comfortable working in a dynamic, start-up environment Strong judgment, integrity, and work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with neat, organized, and professional work habits Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
