The Senior Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruitment across both corporate and retail operations, supporting company growth, new store openings, and ongoing hiring needs. This role partners closely with corporate and field leadership to develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies across a wide range of positions. The Senior Recruiter leverages innovative sourcing methods, builds strong talent pipelines, and delivers a best-in-class candidate experience. This position plays a key role in workforce planning and high-volume hiring, particularly within retail markets, while also supporting corporate functions. Additionally, the Senior Recruiter coaches hiring leaders, promotes best practices, and helps foster an "always recruiting" mindset across the organization. Responsibilities: Drive full life cycle recruitment across corporate and retail roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management, ensuring high-quality hires aligned to business needs Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans aligned to business needs, including support for new store openings and high-growth markets Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies (social media, networking, referrals, and market research) to attract both active and passive candidates Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on interviewing, market trends, and hiring best practices to improve decision-making and speed to hire Drive recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and compelling candidate experience across all channels Leverage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools to analyze recruiting metrics and leverage insights to improve processes, optimize sourcing strategies, and ensure hiring goals are met across regions and functions Support internship and early career programs, including campus recruiting and new graduate initiatives Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and strategies and take action to implement enhancements Skills and Knowledge: Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, employment marketing, and candidate experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization and time management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment High level of initiative and accountability Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Strong collaborative work ethic with ability to influence across all levels of the organization Strong negotiation and influencing skills Strong understanding of social media and digital sourcing strategies Qualifications: 5-7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred Experience in retail recruitment and/or agency recruiting preferred Experience supporting both corporate and field/operations hiring Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment Able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen Occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds Location: On-site in Lenexa, KS Pay Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00
