Assistant Vice President – Campaign Leader Sales
The Campaign Leader is responsible for coordinating origination requirements and priorities across units, the sales team, and the inflow creation team to ensure that efforts are strategically directed to areas of greatest impact. Campaign leader is accountable for end-to-end leadership of sales-driven campaigns, delivering predictable revenue outcomes, strong client partnerships, and operational excellence. The role owns revenue delivery, commercial performance, and leadership governance, acting as a strategic extension of client sales organizations.
Responsibilities Revenue & Campaign Delivery
Lead large-scale sales-led campaigns across inbound, outbound, and digital channels.
Translate client growth objectives into scalable sales delivery and capacity models.
Drive performance against sales KPIs including revenue, conversion rates, close rates, and cost per acquisition.
Ensure predictable delivery of forecasted joins and revenue outcomes.
Client Partnership & Governance
Act as the senior delivery and sales governance leader for assigned client accounts.
Lead executive reviews (QBRs) focused on business outcomes and value creation.
Partner with client sales, marketing, and revenue leaders to align campaign strategy and execution.
Support account expansions, renewals, and new sales program launches.
Own P&L accountability for sales campaigns, ensuring revenue growth and margin discipline.
Manage outcome-based commercial models including pay-per-sale and performance-linked pricing.
Drive productivity, cost optimization, and incentive alignment.
Ensure strong commercial governance and contractual compliance.
Quality, Compliance & Transformation
Ensure compliance with sales regulations, data security, and client governance standards.
Drive quality frameworks focused on conversion quality and customer experience.
Champion automation, analytics, and digital enablement to improve sales effectiveness.
Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives aligned to client roadmaps.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
Years of experience in BPM operations with strong exposure to sales-led delivery.
Experience supporting US-market sales campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong executive presence, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
Work-from-Anywhere Roles – Los Angeles California-based candidates are not eligible for this role.
