About The Role
We are hiring a Creative Art Lead to lead and elevate visual output through strong conceptual thinking, refined craft, and consistent execution. This role plays a key part in delivering work that is visually compelling, strategically grounded, and executed to a high standard.
In this position, you will own projects from brief through final execution; independently develop high‑quality creative, balancing big‑picture thinking with attention to detail, and pushing ideas into polished, client‑ready outcomes. You will also contribute to client presentations, clearly communicating visual decisions and translating feedback into actionable direction. Collaboration is central to this role, working closely with Copywriters, Strategists, and Account teams to deliver cohesive, high‑impact work aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
Own and lead visual creative from concept through execution across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives
Develop strong visual concepts grounded in strategy, audience insight, and cultural relevance
Deliver high‑quality work independently with strong craft, polish, and attention to detail
Lead art direction and design across platforms while maintaining a cohesive and distinctive visual identity
Present creative work with clarity and confidence, explaining visual rationale and key decisions
Translate feedback into clear, actionable creative direction
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Copywriters, Strategists, and Account partners
Elevate overall creative quality through strong self‑editing, refinement, and craft excellence
Stay current on design trends, cultural shifts, and platform behaviors to keep work relevant and forward‑thinking
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in art direction or design within a creative or advertising environment
Proven ability to independently develop and deliver high‑level creative work across multiple platforms
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and executional excellence
Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative decisions
Experience leading presentations and contributing to stakeholder or client relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain momentum in a fast‑paced environment
Deep understanding of design systems, brand identity, and cross‑channel visual execution
Preferred Qualifications
