**Description**
SAIC is seeking an Instructional **Systems Designer** located in **Huntsville, AL** to support **Hardware in the Loop - Aviation (HWIL-A)** to analyze, design, and develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction and Serious Games with levels of interactivity ranging from Levels 2-4 in accordance with the Army Virtual Learning Environment.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
+ Analyze training needs and developing solutions to address them.
+ Provide consultation and recommendations to customers on innovative training solutions as well as on effective and relevant curriculum development.
+ Create asynchronous and synchronous instruction designed for a distributed immersive learning environment.
+ Work with instructors, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and multimedia developers to analyze, design, develop, and evaluate distributed learning solutions.
+ Create storyboards, scripts, scenario-based instruction, and other advanced learning strategies to meet the needs of learners.
+ Provide expertise in the creation of processes, and implementation of distributed learning.
+ Perform the actual detailed development of course materials or courseware, as well as product testing, and maintenance.
**Qualifications**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
+ Bachelor's and three (3)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree.
+ Knowledge and understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy.
+ Experience with curriculum design/development and learning solutions.
+ Experience collecting, compiling, analyzing and synthesizing learner/customer feedback.
+ Experience using Microsoft 365 suite applications.
+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
**REQUIRED CLEARANCE:**
+ No clearance required to start, but must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
+ Must be a current US Citizen.
Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
