The Finance team plays a critical role in Tropicana Brands Group’s overall success by providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and operational support. Through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, the team ensures that resources are allocated efficiently to drive profitability and growth. Additionally, the team supports decision-making by identifying risks and opportunities, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. By partnering with other departments, Finance helps align financial goals with business strategies, ultimately contributing to the company’s stability and long-term success.
Your Next Pour: The Opportunity
We are looking to add a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to our Finance team. This role will be responsible for providing financial partnership for business unit innovation, strategic brand projects, annual/strategic planning, monthly performance diagnostics and action plan implementation. We are accountable for growing brand equity and delivering sustainable, profitable growth through a combination of business analytics, mix management, forecasting and reporting, as well as ad hoc analysis. This position is cross‑functional and interacts closely with our Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and internal finance teams. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Additional responsibilities include:
Enable strategic choices through financial planning and analysis
Contribute to building the roadmap to deliver the strategic objectives
Enable the delivery of the annual EBITDA targets
Drive efficiency through process simplification
Create and improve reporting through our SAP S4 Hana ERP and reporting/analytical tools
Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
Structure and prioritize tasks, and focus efforts in an ambiguous work environment
Implement short and long‑term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
The Perfect Blend: Experience
6+ years of consumer products relevant experience, including sales and commercial finance
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred
Experience motivating and coaching teams
Comfortable with ambiguity can work autonomously; able to prioritize
Operate strategically and tactically
Earn trust and influence senior leaders
Distill complex concepts into simple and actionable insights
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Creative problem solving
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
Must be located in Chicago, IL surrounding area or willing to relocate for the duration of employment
Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment with 3 days in office, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in‑office operations

The salary range for this position is $109,000 - $150,000.
