Edina Realty is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Associate to support agent and employee experience, internal engagement and marketing operations across the organization.
In this role, you will help bring our culture to life through events, recognition programs and community initiatives, while also supporting critical marketing systems, vendor relationships, and administrative functions. You’ll partner closely with offices, leadership and cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for our agents and employees.

Agent Experience & Engagement (50%)
Coordinate and execute office events and company‑wide initiatives, including Community Week and Trees & Toys
Partner with offices to support and track community and client events
Manage agent recognition programs, including:
Monthly leader reporting and communications
Ongoing milestone tracking and recognition execution
Assist with company‑wide recognition events, including Circle Recognition (materials preparation and event execution)
Support the Edina Realty Foundation:
Assist with grant processing and monthly communications
Maintain communication with Foundation representatives
Manage reporting, contact cards and historical giving across offices and organizations
Provide support and guidance to offices hosting fundraising events
Marketing Operations & Administration (50%)
Prepare and track invoices, receipts, and P‑card submissions within the marketing department
Support marketing budget tracking and forecasting with leadership
Serve as a point of contact for marketing vendors and platforms, including XpressDocs and the company store
Manage and coordinate marketing asset reservations through Booqable (signage, banners, event materials)
Audit, organize, and maintain marketing documents and resources across internal platforms
Identify outdated materials, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Conduct ongoing and annual reviews to ensure accuracy and relevance
Update core marketing materials, including buyer and seller guides and legacy documents
Execute weekly email marketing automations for the enterprise and for agents
Assist the marketing project manager with reporting and tracking of internal projects
Provide front desk support on a rotating basis, including greeting guests and assisting with office needs
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, administrative, or customer service roles
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Experience coordinating events or programs preferred
Comfortable working with technology platforms, systems, and data tracking
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

Location: This is a hybrid role. Candidates must reside in either Minnesota or Wisconsin.
Wage: $22 - $24 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for formulary incentive plan, based on financial results.
