We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This entry level role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow their skills while contributing to a wide range of marketing and communication projects. The position offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a collaborative, fast paced environment while supporting the development of visual materials used across the organization.
Be the Coordinating Powerhouse Behind 50+ Social Media Accounts!
Are you a social media wizard with a knack for organization and analytics? Do you thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment? If so, we want YOU to work with our team to assist all of our Loan Officers in making social media easy for them, while elevating their online presence!
Key Responsibilities
Oversee 50+ social media accounts, coordinating monthly edits with the editing team and scheduling 10 reel and 4 carousel posts for each LO each month.
Collaborate with our amazing in‑house editors for content creation and ensure seamless content sharing.
Schedule all posts in Sprout Social with captions, emojis, hashtags, and flair.
Assist individuals newer to social media by filming them live using Riverside.
Onboard new program participants with ease, ensuring a smooth start.
Attend and possibly assist with one monthly company‑wide social media training led by our Social Media Program Lead.
Offer personalized 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions to Loan Officers when needed, empowering them to shine online.
Provide monthly feedback and recommendations to top‑producing Loan Officers to keep them ahead of the game.
What You Bring to the Table
Expert‑level skills in organization, communication, and customer service. This is KEY.
Hands‑on experience managing multiple social media accounts (beyond your personal pages).
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Metricool (or similar platforms is a plus).
