Position Overview
Spiro is hiring an Associate Account Director to join our Sales team. The Associate Account Director works in partnership with the Creative and Operations Departments, delivering best-in-class service. The Associate Account Director is focused on existing account retention and growth within their existing portfolio. Their efforts include maintaining strong client relationships, having an understanding of client's program, identifying potential account growth opportunities and developing plans to penetrate these opportunities.
Responsibilities
Conduct meetings with clients to define client marketing goals and objectives.
Work with creative teams to develop solutions that meet client goals in keeping with client budget parameters.
Work in partnership with all internal teams to provide exceptional client service and meet/exceed client requirements.
Monitor job costs throughout the project to ensure projected financial plans are being met.
Work with show management, vendors and strategic partners to ensure compliance with rules/regulations, strategic focus and timeliness. Ensure project milestones are established and measurable.
Ensure effective client communications, including documentation, project timelines, progress, and verbal discussions.

3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Must be available to work nights, weekends and at show site.
Position requires scheduling flexibility to meet live event commitments, customary to industry standard.
Travel up to 35%
Requires ability to adapt to multiple settings/environments and shifting responsibilities.
Work will be required in both an office setting as well as a show floor setting.
Show site work is performed in tradeshow/convention venues nationwide.
