Why Join CSI High-visibility role with real impact across the company Creative freedom to find and tell meaningful stories Strong team culture that values people and ideas Career growth and development opportunities Events, food trucks, and a workplace that doesn’t feel corporate What You’ll Do Capture photo and video content across CSI (shop, office, events) Find and tell stories about employees, projects, and day-to-day work Shoot and produce short-form video (reels, clips, quick hits) Interview team members and leadership Cover events, tours, and community involvement Support leadership content (interviews, podcasts, messaging) Create content for social media, internal screens, and brand initiatives Stay ahead actively look for what’s worth capturing instead of waiting to be told What You Bring 2–5 years of photography, videography, or content creation experience A strong storytelling instinct you know what makes something worth sharing Ability to capture real environments (not just staged shots) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Skill in short-form video creation and editing Strong eye for composition, lighting, and framing A portfolio that shows what you can do Self-starter mindset you don’t wait, you go find the story Health and wellness coverage Paid time off Retirement plan options Ongoing learning and development support Opportunities to grow within CSI Casual dress environment Team events, lunches, and community involvement About CSI CSI designs and supports stainless‑steel process systems used by leading food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care manufacturers.
