Job Summary
Coordinate, compile and/or create digital content to achieve strategic Institute marketing and communications goals. This position will interact on a regular basis with faculty and staff, will advise and counsel them, and will supervise none.
Responsibilities
Develop content strategy and coordinate design utilizing collaborative needs assessment and analysis to achieve strategic Institute marketing and communications goals.
Monitor and compile reports using analytics, search engine optimization, benchmarking, and tracking for analysis and planning.
Produce, update and maintain website content to ensure alignment with Institute marketing and communications goals.
Serve as subject matter expert and advise unit personnel in areas related to communication content.
Define strategy for content creation and management to strengthen strategic Institute marketing and communications goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Technical Communications or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of job‑related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience generating reports using Google Analytics and Looker Studio.
Proposed Salary
$63,303.00 – $82,000 annually.

Organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills; ability to operate effectively on a cross‑functional team, manage multiple projects and work in a deadline‑oriented environment.
