Marketing Coordinator (Proposal Design)

Birmingham, AL / Full-time / Marketing and Business Development. Every project we deliver positively shapes our community, but the impact of that work is only as strong as the way we communicate it. That's why we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can transform technical expertise into marketing materials that resonate with clients. In this role, you’ll bring clarity and graphic design to our proposals and project reports using Adobe InDesign. You will also work with our Marketing Team to support our digital content creation. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll work alongside our Civil Engineers to produce marketing content for our projects. A typical day may include the following: Design and format technical documents using Adobe InDesign Collaborate with our Marketing team in creating video content, graphic content, and social media content as needed Prepare project presentations using Canva Maintain our client and project database What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Adobe InDesign Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with Canva is a plus Ability to create, edit, and format content using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
