This position offers hands‑on experience in the construction equipment industry, combining marketing creativity, customer engagement, and data‑driven business strategy. Key Responsibilities Conduct customer database analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize sales territories.
Assist in workflow development to improve communication and efficiency between sales, service, and marketing teams.
Support sales outreach initiatives, including cold calls to prospective clients, follow‑ups, and lead tracking.
Contribute to marketing campaigns that highlight ROMCO’s equipment offerings, service capabilities, and industry expertise.
Create and refine graphic design materials such as brochures, social media posts, and trade show collateral.
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, promoting ROMCO’s brand and product updates.
Collaborate on account management efforts to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Participate in outreach and event planning for trade shows, customer appreciation events, and community engagements.
Create and edit marketing video content
Ideal Candidate Enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and interacting with customers.
Familiar with CRM tools, social media platforms, and design programs such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
