Title: Sr Experience Designer Location: PA - Pittsburgh, TX - Dallas, OH - Strongsville, AZ - Phoenix, AL - Birmingham Mode: 5 days in office. Duration: Contract to Hire. Years of Experience Required: 10 Years Function of the Group Revenue support for PINACLE platform Industry Background Banking/Investment/Financial Roles / Responsibilities Experience Design for C&IB, supports the digital design strategy and delivery for PINACLE platform, web and mobile presence. UX Research strategy and design - collaborate with UX Research team to support client research activities and projects, including creation of prototypes for research projects. Designing interfaces in Figma Working with Business Analyst to manage work in Jira Interfacing with product management team, to understand requirements and convert into actionable designs Interface with front end development team, to understand if design system can support work Must Have Technical Skills Experience working between a Product Owner or Product Manager and Development staff Expert-level Figma: 5+ years Prototyping User Experience in Banking/investment/financial institution: 3 Years FigJam Maze - or similar user research tool Capable of moving seamlessly between iterative prototyping and enterprise application development and support.
