Communications Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish required) Miami, FL | Hybrid (4 days in office, Friday remote) Full-Time | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM hours Salary: $65,000-$80,000 (based on experience) + 10% annual bonus We’re partnering with a people-first, industry-leading organization to find a Communications Specialist who is ready to make an immediate impact. About the Role Reporting directly to Senior Manager of Communications, this role plays a key part in shaping internal communications, driving employee engagement, and supporting a fast-paced, high-growth environment across North America and Latin America . You’ll be a go-to communicator — collaborating across teams, working closely with leadership, and supporting LATAM franchisees — while owning execution from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Internal & International Communications Create clear, engaging content for internal newsletters, emails, intranet updates, and leadership communications Support communications for Latin American franchisees, partnering closely with Spanish-speaking stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned with company priorities Update internal websites and digital channels with new initiatives, announcements, and resources Employee Engagement & Culture Help maintain and evolve a strong, values-driven culture through thoughtful communications and initiatives Take ownership of engagement events and employee programs that reinforce connection and community Bring creative ideas to the table — and execute them Events & All-Hands Meetings Coordinate monthly internal all-hands meetings, including content development, presentations, timelines, and logistics Plan and execute internal events such as holiday celebrations, cultural moments (e.g., Pride Month), employee initiatives, and larger company gatherings Support both smaller quarterly events and larger annual celebrations Content & Digital Presence Own the internal newsletter and participate in workshops and communications planning Create visual and written content using tools like Canva and PowerPoint Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, including content strategy, calendar planning, and posting Help humanize leadership through creative storytelling and engaging digital assets What They’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in communications, internal communications, employee engagement, or marketing communications Fluent spoken and written Spanish — this role works closely with Latin American teams Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail A proactive self-starter who can run with projects and doesn’t need heavy hand-holding Experience supporting corporate events, internal meetings, or engagement initiatives Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment Experience with community-focused or nonprofit organizations is a plus Why This Role Stands Out People-driven culture recognized as a Top Workplace for five consecutive years Collaborative, supportive environment where ideas are welcomed and ownership is encouraged High visibility role working with executives and cross-functional leaders Opportunity to influence culture, engagement, and communications across the Americas Hybrid schedule with strong work-life balance If you’re a communicator at heart — organized, creative, and energized by making a difference — this is a chance to step into a role where your work truly matters. #J-18808-Ljbffr
