Kids Thrive provides outpatient treatment programs for children aged 3-12 experiencing significant mental health challenges. Our mission is to help children develop essential social and emotional skills, such as following directions, taking turns, and seeking assistance, within a supportive and structured environment. Utilizing the Developmental Repair Model, we emphasize repairing children’s tolerance for group interactions and shared adult attention while addressing personalized goals for each child. Family involvement is central to our approach, with family therapy and parent coaching sessions offered to support caregivers in managing behaviors and fostering constructive routines at home. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Cincinnati, OH, for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying prospective clients, building relationships, and generating leads to support Kids Thrives mission. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing reports, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute growth strategies. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding partnerships to serve more families and children in need. Qualifications Strong analytical and market research skills to identify opportunities and trends. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities. Expertise in lead generation to create and maintain a robust client and partner pipeline. Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service and cultivating positive relationships. Proven ability to work collaboratively and achieve business development goals. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of mental health services or early childhood development is a plus.
