Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and strengthen relationships within the personal injury and legal community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-focused, field-based environment and has a strong understanding of personal injury cases. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with personal injury attorneys, medical providers, and referral sources Conduct in-person visits, meetings, and presentations to drive new patient referrals Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the personal injury market Track outreach efforts, referral sources, and performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent patient and client experiences Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and community outreach initiatives Qualifications Experience in personal injury, legal, or healthcare business development preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships Organized and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Competitive base salary + performance-based commission Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Supportive team environment and leadership Why Join Us?
