Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business administration or related field. Certifications in refrigeration a plus.
• Experience: 10+ years in engineering or technical services.
• -OR- equivalent experience and professional training.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, external partners, and senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of the food service equipment and associated service industries.
• Knowledge of MS desktop and ERP applications.
