We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Personal Assistant. This is a part-time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support to our CEO and other team members. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings Handle all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and mail Organize and maintain important documents, files, and records Book travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips Assist with personal tasks such as managing personal appointments and errands Conduct research and prepare reports as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on time Requirements
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work independently and remotely High level of confidentiality and discretion Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Why Work for Us
