Job Title
Location: Prefer a candidate residing in Massachusetts, and if possible, close to the Waltham office location so that the candidate can go into the office twice weekly. Can be 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm EST. Summary: Responsible for answering inbound/outbound calls as they relate to member retention. Help educate, assist in completion of, and encourage compliance with reapplication process.
