Executive Support & Operations Provide high-level administrative and strategic support, acting as a trusted partner and extension of the executive office. Manage complex, frequently shifting calendars across multiple time zones; coordinate global meetings, leadership reviews, and large-scale planning sessions. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, talking points, and follow-up actions for internal and external meetings. Monitor and triage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses or delegation. Global Coordination Serve as the central point of contact for the CTO & Head of Client Operations across global regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC). Partner with international teams to align schedules, orchestrate leadership offsites, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Manage global travel programs, including visas, itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate travel policies. Project & Communication Support Drive executive-level initiatives and special projects on behalf of the CTO & Head of Client Operations, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment. Support preparation of executive presentations, technology updates, and board-level materials. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Operational Excellence Optimize workflows and systems to improve efficiency within the CTO's office and Client Operations leadership support model. Manage vendor and partner interactions, contracts, and operational logistics as needed. Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and take proactive steps to increase the productivity and effectiveness of both executives. Qualifications

Required 7+ years of executive assistant experience supporting a C-suite or senior enterprise leaders. Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization. Mastery of calendar management, executive communications, and international coordination. Strong written and verbal communication skills; executive presence and professionalism. High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel). Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity. Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX with flexibility for extended hours across time zones. Preferred Experience supporting a CTO, CIO, or other senior leaders in a technology-driven environment. Project management experience or formal training. Ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. Comfort with emerging technologies and digital collaboration tools. Physical Requirements This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
