Overview The Vendor Lifecycle Manager owns Corient’s global end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle governance, from intake and contracting through performance management, renewal, and exit. This role is accountable for operating Sirion CLM as the system of record and ensuring vendors are managed consistently, compliantly, and proactively across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Own global standards for vendor intake, classification, and lifecycle governance
Manage Sirion CLM workflows for contract authoring, obligations, SLAs, renewals, and amendments
Ensure vendor performance and compliance are monitored post‑signature
Drive proactive renewal planning and vendor rationalization
Coordinate closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and regulated entities on global vendor requirements
Support global vendor and contract migration for acquisitions
Maintain audit‑ready documentation related to vendor lifecycle decisions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in procurement, contract lifecycle management, or vendor governance
Hands‑on experience with CLM platforms (Sirion strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of third‑party risk and regulatory considerations
Ability to manage complex workflows across functions
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
