Customer Service Representative
We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, good computer skills, exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Qualifications
Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent Compensation $14 - $15 hourly About Country Life Natural Foods Health really matters to us!
