Answers inquiries from clients concerning products while promoting the company products Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications to clients Periodically prepares and reports sending results and leads to manager Caters to any customer complaints or concerns and establishes a resolution Learns the various buying habits and expectations of the customers to provide exceptional customer service Conducts regular follow ups on the quote status Works with the V.P. of Sales on the administrative aspects of sales Performs other duties as assigned Customer Account Specialist Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years related experience including experience with technical products Experience in utility industry preferred Expert utilization of Syteline or comparable ERP system required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships based on integrity and service Organized with strong attention to detail Strong analytical skills Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, reps, and other inside sales Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software including proficiency in Excel WORKING CONDITIONS: The work condition characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
