Transaction Audit Clerk
The Transaction Audit Clerk performs Quality Control/Audits/Audit DMV paperwork to ensure it is accurate and complete. Associate will be working on-site at customer's office in Rancho Cucamonga. Responsibilities: Data Entry Image documents for electronic filing Ensure clients are contacted as appropriate related to missing documents and/or errors Additional Notes: California Department of Motor Vehicles' Business Partner Automation (BPA) Program approval is required. BPA Application Documents and Livescan fingerprinting are needed to obtain approval. Qualifications: A high level of attention to detail and results driven Strong analytical skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service/focus Must pass DOJ/FBI background check High school diploma Strong data entry skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments Ability to identify, document, track, and monitor problems/issues to a timely resolution Problem solving ability Ability to work in a team environment Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
