Director Of Special Education Services
Gainesville R-V School District is seeking a qualified Director of Special Education to provide leadership and oversight for all special education programs and services PreK12. This position ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and supports instructional excellence for a successful district that has a well established student centered culture. Responsibilities: Supervise and evaluate special education staff and programs. Oversee IEP development and implementation. Coordinate with principals, teachers, and parents to ensure student success. Manage special education budgets, reporting, and compliance documentation. Lead professional development related to special education services. Qualifications: Master's degree in special education or related field required. Missouri administrator certification (Special Education Director or appropriate endorsement) or in progress. Preferred minimum three years of successful experience in special education administration or coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
