Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a professional and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing patient communications and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments within a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, along with a customer-first mindset. Responsibilities
Patient Communication and Scheduling Operate multiple telephone lines to manage incoming and outgoing calls. Confirm and reschedule new patient and follow-up appointments. Verify and update patient information within the EMR system. Administrative Support Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role (medical office experience is a plus but not required). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong typing and keyboarding skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Resourceful and proactive in handling issues as they arise. Flexible and able to adapt to changing duties. Bilingual preferred but not required. Physical and Mental Requirements
Ability to sit for extended hours while performing desk-based tasks. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
