Partner with a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatments Help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and build confidence Track and document progress with accuracy and compliance Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and fall prevention Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best outcomes Support staff training and participate in rehab program development Recommend assistive devices that enhance independence and quality of life What You Bring
Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program Active California PTA license (in good standing) Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in skilled nursing or rehab (preferred) Comfort with systems like Net Health & PointClickCare Why You'll Love Working Here
