**What You’ll Do*** Partner with a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver personalized treatments* Help residents improve mobility, reduce pain, and build confidence* Track and document progress with accuracy and compliance* Educate residents and families on exercises, safety, and fall prevention* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best outcomes* Support staff training and participate in rehab program development* Recommend assistive devices that enhance independence and quality of life###

**What You Bring*** Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program* Active California PTA license (in good standing)* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Experience in skilled nursing or rehab (preferred)* Comfort with systems like Net Health & PointClickCare###
