What You’ll Do
Provide physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents in achieving mobility and rehabilitation goals
Follow and implement individualized care plans with accuracy and empathy
Foster a positive, motivating environment for residents and families
Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centered care
What We’re Looking For
Active PTA license in the state of Georgia
Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
Passion for patient-centered care and helping others
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
