Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you’ll work directly with residents to restore mobility, strength, and independence after illness, surgery, or hospitalization. Carry out therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehab activities Monitor progress, document updates, and report changes to the Physical Therapist Educate residents and families on therapy goals, safe movement, and home exercise programs Create a positive, motivating environment that encourages participation and recovery Ensure therapy services follow Ohio state regulations and Kingston’s standards of care What You’ll Need
