This is not a typical assistant role. We're looking for a Personal Executive Assistant who operates like a force multiplier for our executive team. You'll work directly with the CEO and COO
anticipating their needs, removing friction, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also be central to our AI infrastructure
helping build, maintain, and evolve the company's growing suite of AI tools and automations alongside the CEO. This is a part-time, in-person position (~20 hours/week) at our downtown Houston office. In-person presence is non-negotiable. Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meeting prep, follow-ups, and task tracking for CEO and COO Anticipate executive needs proactively and remove obstacles before they become problems Own the executive task list end-to-end
nothing falls through the cracks Maintain and improve company AI tools, agents, and automation workflows alongside the CEO Research and recommend new AI tools and integrations across departments Support HR, marketing, sales, and operations with coordination and project tracking Monitor project status and ensure accountability across the company Qualifications
