The Role This is not a typical assistant role. We're looking for a Personal Executive Assistant who operates like a force multiplier for our executive team. You'll work directly with the CEO and COO — anticipating their needs, removing friction, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll also be central to our AI infrastructure — helping build, maintain, and evolve the company's growing suite of AI tools and automations alongside the CEO.
This is a part-time, in-person position (~20 hours/week) at our downtown Houston office. In-person presence is non-negotiable.
