Job Description

SCHEDULE Part time Hours = 24 hours per week Monday-Friday 7:45am-8:15pm (10/12 hour shifts) Saturday & Sunday 7:45am-6:15pm Holiday availability required. Training: Week 1: Tuesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Week 2: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm WORK LOCATION Bloomington West Urgent Care: South Liberty Drive KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborates with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED is required. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
